A Taste

Last week I had three things I have never eaten before. Curried Goat I had at Just a taste in Ithaca. It was amazing the curry was not overpowering at all and the sauce you wanted to just spoon it into your mouth. Mussels at a friends was pretty much like a mussel with a dill sauce that was creamy and delicious. I am a fan of my friends cooking.  I went to black olive on Sunday and had Octopus for the first time I knew I liked Calamari which is squid, but Octopus was good! Anyways hopefully school will help me to be able to better explain everything that I could taste in the dishes. On Another note I started college yesterday and I feel so good about being there. I kept going back in forth before school started if I really wanted to do this and things were not working out easily for me to go. At the last minute when I was about to give up everything fell into place.


 I feel so good in knowing this is where I should be. Ain't it something to know your lost.

So, this is my life I feel infinite. ♥

I am so excited to be going to school. Nervous a little I have not been in school in 8 years. there are so many new beginings for me are right now. I had to figure some things out. I put Germany on hold, I believe I have made the right choice. My life is full of fun and exciting things. So weird wherever I was in my life even just a few months ago I did not think for a moment this is where I would be right now. So I hope to share my adventures in culinary with you as well as my life. I am going to go with what is coming and live my life the best way I know how. I can only be who I am and I love this person I have become.
